Whether it’s a vintage van serving your favourite cocktails and canapés, or an Airstream inspired trailer providing craft beers and delicious fresh, hot food, we can cater according to the style of your event. Private Dining
If you want to be the hostess (or host!) with the mostest – without the headache of menu planning, food shopping and slaving over a hot stove, then give Vincere Hospitality a call. We can help you host the perfect dinner party – whether it’s for 8 or 80 – if you’ve got the space in your home/venue to host your event, then we can take care of the rest.
All we will need is a budget, your guidance with the menu planning, and details of any guests’ dietary requirements. After that, all you need to do is send out the invitations and dress to impress on the night – we will cater, serve and clear down afterwards. Which leaves you to enjoy the precious time to entertain your friends/clients, without listening out for the oven timer bleeping. We can even provide recipes afterwards for any favourite dishes!

Funeral Wakes
Vincere Hospitality is well versed in planning and delivering wakes and celebrations of life. With the minimum of fuss, we will arrange buffets or sit down meals for as few or as many as you’d like. We appreciate that there is a short lead time, but this is no problem for us. From initial consultation (over the phone if preferred) we can send you some menu options/prices for you to choose from, then we will bring along our team of staff on the day to efficiently serve your guests with the respect and dignity that the event warrants.
